Weekly Tai Chi Classes with Thai Do

Come and learn the art of Tai-Chi in these taster sessions with Thai Do. Slow down, breathe, increase flexibility and strength and move through meditation through a form of gentle exercises.

Maoko: Visible Mending for Woollen Knits

Come along to a relaxing and fun workshop and learn how to give your old knits a second life. You will learn the history of visible mending and some repair techniques with talented Japanese sewer, Maoko Carroll.

Allow her to show you how to embrace the the flaws and see the true beauty through stitch, repurposing and reusing.

Bring along a much loved clothing piece in need of repair and Maoko will show you how to carefully and beautifully mend them. Take some time for yourself to sit, share stories, sew and learn together.
