Q&A with Heesco & Ben Shewry
FRIDAY 8th OCTOBER 6PM
Street Art meets Culinary Art: World renowned street artist Heesco, lauded for his stunning silo works in regional Victoria, joins forces with Ben Shewry, the multi award-winning, hat-accumulating chef and owner of Attica restaurant, in this very special LIVE Q&A session. The pair forged a close bond when Heesco painted a mural in Higson Lane, Melbourne featuring Ben alongside other high-profile industry names in 2017. While Covid has played havoc with the arts and hospitality industries, these ground-breaking innovators have managed to flourish. Heesco’s talents will be on show at Space2b once again with painted street games, inspired by the challenges of keeping children active in lockdown. Ben, meanwhile, turned the food world on its head with his pivot to ‘Attica At Home’, inviting diners to experience Michelin star meals on the couch.
Talk about having your cake and eating it too!
