We are looking for interns and workers with specific areas of expertise to help build our organisation and the people and communities we work with.
Most internships are 5 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months.

RECRUITING NOW - Trainee Grant Writer 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Grant Writer to join our team for one day per week.
This is a three month unpaid Intern position that includes training and mentoring to develop skills in grant research, writing, budgeting, and acquittal reporting.

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and our Grant Mentor to identify, prepare and support funding applications for Space2b’s programs and projects. You’ll help ensure that proposals align with our mission to support newly arrived migrants, artists, and women through creative enterprise and social inclusion initiatives.

Hours: 1 day per week (8 hours)
Location: Space2b, St Kilda, with some flexibility for remote work
Reports to: CEO and Grant Mentor
Start date: January 2026

Space2b is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content & Graphics Support specialist to assist with content creation, graphic design, and digital asset management. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, design tools, digital media and is highly organised, we’d love to hear from you!
